Creation of cancellation status#1

The platform does not enable “cancellation”, only enabling the “deletion” of the document without generating any proof of the transaction. Would it be possible to create a “cancellation” status that generates some type of record of the transaction and not just the “exclusion” in which we lose registration on the platform? If this verification is possible, I suggest also evaluating the possibility of notifying the sender that the document has been cancelled.
